Ashlynn grew up here in Georgetown & went on to graduate from Texas Tech University. She is married to her best friend, Clay, & together they have 3 beautiful kids! They moved to Colorado in 2012. While there, she began her career in the mortgage industry & her husband became a real estate broker. They loved Colorado and the people they met there, but after a few years, it was time to come home. She began working as a loan originator at Georgetown Mortgage. They feel very blessed to be back in central Texas raising their kids surrounded by close friends & family.

She truly love what she do. She is passionate about building relationships and helping people. She understands buying a home can be a stressful process and her goal is for you to have the best service from beginning to end. Not only will she find the best loan product that fit your needs, but she will make sure that you understand all options and feel comfortable with your choice.
Georgetown Mortgage offers many different loan programs; including USDA, VA, FHA, and Conventional. They also specialize in construction loans with as little as 5% down. So whether you want to buy or build… you have options!

She is more than happy to answer any questions you have about qualifying for a loan, whether you are ready to buy now or in the future. Sometimes it’s better to be prepared than to jump into something you may not be ready for. Either way, she will work with you to achieve your dream of home ownership! Her hope is at the end of your experience, you will feel that she has exceeded your expectations!
